Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked brown rice (about 195 grams)
  2. 1 cupplant-based milk (about 240 ml)
  3. 1 tablespoonorganic sugar
  4. Lemon peel
  5. 1 stickcinnamon
  6. Ground cinnamon for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the rice, plant-based milk, sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon peel to a boil.

    Add the sugar.

    I use glass pots that retain heat for a long time, so once it comes to a boil, I turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes. If you use regular pots, once it boils, lower the heat and stir occasionally until the milk thickens.

    Spoon into ramekins, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and refrigerate until well chilled.
