Take a pre heated pan. Add ghee. When ghee gets melted, add peanuts, cashew nuts and
Makhana.
Stir it continuously till gets golden colour. - 2
Add dry curry leaves powder, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, black salt.
Mix it well and transfer it in plate. Serve it with tea and enjoy! - 3
NOTE –
Please prepare it on low flame.
For curry leaves powder, you may put leaves in microwave for 30 seconds and crush them
to make powder.
