Here isn the recipe for the most liked crispy paper dosa. Even if you don't have wet grinder, don't worry..

Mix the rice, dals and fenugreek, wash well and soak in water for 4 hours.

Grind to smooth fine batter adding salt and water.

Allow to ferment overnight or 8 hours.

Heat a Dosa tawa and grease with oil.
- 5
Pour two ladles on the tawa and make thin dosa.

Allow to cook till it becomes golden brown on the edges. Drizzle some oil or butter around.

Take out and serve hot with coconut chutney.
