  • leafDry pepper, crayfish,onion, maggi,salt, Palm oil, utazi
  • Potash,ponmo, smoke fish, ehuru

  1. 1

    Soak ur abacha for 5min in lukewarm water sieve and set aside, wash ugba set aside, fry dry pepper with ehuru blend and set aside blend crayfish. In a bottle add ur potash with water allow to settle set aside,add little oil fry ur debone fish and ponmo

  2. 2

    Pour the potash in a bowl or pot add Palm oil stir till thick and yellowish and add ur pepper, crayfish and season stir well mix in ur abacha and ugba mix well and pour ur fish n ponmo then serve and garnish with utazi leaf and onion rings
