Ingredients

  1. 1 kgred carrots grated
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cupmixed nuts cashews, raisins
  4. 1.5 cuppowdered milk
  5. 2 tbspGhee
  6. as per tasteSugar
  7. 4-5cardamom pods powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a thick bottom pan add the grated carrots and milk cover and cook on low flame till carrots soften.

  2. 2

    Remove the lid and cook till milk evaporates. Now add sugar as per your taste and cook till the sugar leaves it's water and dries completely.

  3. 3

    Add ghee and continue to cook. Add dryfruits and keep stirring till everything comes together.

    Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder and milk powder and mix well.
