Ingredients

1small onion finely chopped
1small green pepper finely chopped
1 cupuncooked macaroni
3-4 cupsmeat, cooked (your choice chicken, turkey or tuna) finely chopped
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 cancream of celery soup
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
3eggs hard boiled and chopped
2 cupsmilk
to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

Mix all ingredients together in 13x9 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Next day, preheat oven to 350 and cook for 1 hour.

I’m sorry, I’m just now seeing this! I have never tried to double it. But, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work as long as you put it in 2 pans or one giant pan so that all of the pasta will absorb the milk.
