Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsMeat cutted into large size
  2. 2 CupsFreika
  3. 2 tbsmargarine
  4. 4laurel/bay leaves
  5. 2Cinnamon sticks
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspcinnamon
  8. 1Onion (large)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the margarine and fry the Meat(chopped large pieces) on a law temperature until it's colour changes (completely Cooked)

    Pour Water and add laurel leaves, cinnamon sticks and onion.

  3. 3

    Put the casserole/ cooking pot on the gas stove and cover it to boil.

  4. 4

    After it boils we decrease the fire tempreture. Braise in water to be cooked.

    Last step. Decorate Freika with Meat, pine and almond and serve it with love
