Mix and wash both the lentils,add turmeric & salt and let it boil over medium flame,once done keep it aside,for tarka take a pan heat oil add gg paste fry until aroma comes out,then add chopped onions fry till they are light brown,then add chilli powder,cumin,corriander powder,salt,tomato paste,red chilli,bhunofy and add in daal.
For rice:
Take another pan add water salt and cumin bring it to boil,then add rice once done drain the excess water and put it on dum.
Enjoy sindhi tarka daal with zeer - 2
Tomato chutney:
Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Red chilli 1
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tatri pinch
Method:
Heat oil,add chopped tomatoes,red chilli,salt,sugar & tatri bunofy until oil comes out cooking time 1 hour. Serve 4-5 person
