  1. 1 cupgrated apple
  2. 1 tablespoonghee
  3. 3 tablespoonsCondensed Milk
  4. 2 cupsmilk
  5. 1/2 teaspoonRose essence
  6. 1 tablespoonmix dry fruits(kishmish, almonds)

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast apple till it becomes dry and softens nicely. Off the flame now. Let it cool completely.

    In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil milk and keep simmering till it thickens and looks like rabri. Keep aside to cool completely.

    Now in a deep bowl add rabri, softened apple, and the rest mentioned ingredients except dry fruits. Mix it nicely.

    Now pour this ready payasam in serving cups and garnish with dry fruits and rose petals.

    Refrigerate it at least for 4 hours and let it set.

    Chilled Rose Apple Payasam is ready to serve.
