First in apan add 1tsp oil then roaste the peanut then coconut powder and also sesame seeds

Now cool it and blend it by adding little water

Now again take a pan add oil and deep fry the brinjal then add excess oil and add all khada masala

Now then add powder spices with little water then add peanut paste and also add water make a gravy of it

Now add imli pulp, salt and gur and cook it for 5,6min then put brinjal in it and uts ready to serve with paratha, roti or rice
