  • 1.1 lbsground pork (500 grams)
  • 2red bell peppers
  • 2onions
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Ricotta sauce
  • 2 bagstortilla chips

    Chop the onions and bell peppers. Cook them one at a time: first, sauté the bell peppers until they start to brown, then remove them from the pan. Next, sauté the onions in the same pan until they start to brown, then set them aside.

    In the same skillet, add a generous amount of oil and cook the ground pork. Season the meat with salt, garlic, and parsley.

    When the meat is almost cooked, set it aside. Combine the onions, bell peppers, and meat, mixing everything together gradually. When it's almost ready, add the Ricotta sauce (I usually buy it at the store, but you can also use tomato sauce or any other sauce you like).
