Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kilogramTapioca
  2. 1/2 cupCoconutgrated
  3. 4 NumbersGreen chilli
  4. 12 numbersShallot
  5. 1 teaspoonMustard
  6. 6 numbersRed chilli
  7. to tasteCurry leaves
  8. 2 tablespoonsOil

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Clean tapioca and cook well. Add salt and turmeric powder while cooking

  2. 2

    Mash the cooked tapioca and keep aside

  3. 3

    Coarsely grind grated coconut, green chilli and shallots

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard, red chillies and curry leaves... Once sputters add mashed tapioca and coconut mixture

  5. 5

    Mix well and cook for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    For mulaku chammanthi....grind onion and red chilli well. Add oil and salt to taste
