Great alternative to traditional chili! You any white beans you like, I normally use navy, cannelloni, garbanzo, great northern and pinto.

Great alternative to traditional chili! You any white beans you like, I normally use navy, cannelloni, garbanzo, great northern and pinto.
Steps

In a large pot, heat oil on medium-high. Add onion and cook until softened.

Add garlic, chiles, rosemary, cumin, oregano, and cayenne. Stir and cook until fragrant.

Add meat and break apart with spoon while cooking.

Add broth, beans, and corn. Bring to boil on high heat.
- 5
Partially cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook until chili is slightly thickened. 25 min.

Stir in corn meal and cook 15 more minutes.

Season with salt to taste.
