Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour dough
  2. To tasteSalt
  3. 2 pinchesajwain / carom seeds per parantha
  4. As neededGhee for roasting

Cooking Instructions

    Pinch the dough- slightly bigger than roti

  2. 2

    Roll it using some dry flour, spread melted ghee, sprinkle salt and ajwain evenly.

  3. 3

    Fold as you wish roll again

  4. 4

    Place it on hot tawa.Flip when one side is done Smear some ghee and press with a flat spoon and turn again so that it’s cooked nicely from both the sides

    Apply ghee generously.

  6. 6

    Take it in a plate when done. Enjoy with Sabzi, butter or just like that.
