Cooking Instructions

Boil water in a pan with half teaspoon of salt and few drops of oil.

Add penne pasta in it. Cooked it till it become soft.

Strain the pasta under cold water and keep aside.

Mark x on tomatoes and boil for five minutes.

Peel off the skin of tomatoes & blend in to smooth puree.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add garlic in it and saute for a while.

Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent.

Add tomato puree & capsicum in it and cook for five minutes.

Add salt and pepper, mix herbs, red chilli flakes in it. Mix well.

Cook again for five minutes.

Add boiled pasta & Tomato sauce in it. Mix properly.

Add cheese in it. Mix well.

Serve hot
