Peel of the potato skins

Slice them very thin

With a tissue paper or paper napkin press on the sliced potatoes to soak the water out of them.

Heat oil on pan and start droppin the potato slices 3-4 at a time. Dont put too many at once or else they wont be crispy.

Let fry for 4-5 mins until they turned golden brown or dark yellow.
- 6
Sprinkle some salt and serve. Enjo!!

Potato Pan pizza
Instructions• Grate 3 medium size potatoes, then wash them once in the water and squeeze the water out thoroughly. [make sure to squeeze the water out properly]• Then add salt, pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, ginger garlic paste, eggs, and the cheese to the grated potatoes and mix everything well.• Now place a non-stick pan on the stove on medium-low heat and add oil. Once the oil is heated add the potato mixture in the pan and spread it evenly.• Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until it set. After that flip it over and cook the other side for 5-10 minutes or as needed. [make sure to cook both sides evenly. ]• Now flip it again and add the toppings. Cover and cook for 10-12 more minutes or until the cheese melts.Finally the yummy Potato pan pizza is ready to eat!FARAH ALVI RASHID
