Cheesy potato crisp
One of my favourite innovation.

Peel the potatoes skin and grate

After grating the potatoes take cotton cloth and wrap the potatoes and squeeze the water out. Grate cheese.

Mix turmeric powder and salt with potatoes.

Heat oil on a frying pan. Spread half of the grated potatoes as shown in picture. Once the sides started to get brown spread cheese on top of the potatoes.

Then when the down part is done spread rest of the potatoes on top of cheese and flip. Cook the other side.

Before serving sprinkle with black pepper powder

Potato Pan pizza
Instructions• Grate 3 medium size potatoes, then wash them once in the water and squeeze the water out thoroughly. [make sure to squeeze the water out properly]• Then add salt, pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, ginger garlic paste, eggs, and the cheese to the grated potatoes and mix everything well.• Now place a non-stick pan on the stove on medium-low heat and add oil. Once the oil is heated add the potato mixture in the pan and spread it evenly.• Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until it set. After that flip it over and cook the other side for 5-10 minutes or as needed. [make sure to cook both sides evenly. ]• Now flip it again and add the toppings. Cover and cook for 10-12 more minutes or until the cheese melts.Finally the yummy Potato pan pizza is ready to eat!FARAH ALVI RASHID
