Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. To taste salt
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  7. 1 tsphing/asafoetida
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1 tsprai(mustard seeds)
  10. 2red chilli
  11. As neededOil
  12. For pakode
  13. 1 bowlbesan/gram flour

  15. 1/2 tspred chilli
  16. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add basen,sakt and red chilli

    Make a batter with water

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai

  4. 4

    Add basen mixture in little quantity as we make pakode

  5. 5

    Deep fry pakode

  6. 6

    Now in a bowl mix basen and curd

    Blend it with hand blunder

    Add water

  9. 9

    In a pan add oil

    Add whole red chilli,cumin seeds,rai,metni dana powder,salt red chilli and turmaric

    Now add basen mixture

    Boil it about one hour

    Add pakore

  14. 14

    Add garam masala

  15. 15

    Kadhi is ready

  16. 16

    Soak rice for q hour

  17. 17

    In a pan add water when it boil add rice

  18. 18

    When rice become soft strain it

  19. 19

    Serve hot.
