The perfect refreshing fruit salad for a Eid, BBQ or any Occasion.

Sauce:
orange juice, lemon juice, sugar or sugar syrup, malta zest, and lemon zest, black salt, white pepper, salt mixed all the ingredients in a bowl. - 2
Layer the fruit in a large, clear glass bowl in this order, kiwi fruit, dragon fruits, persimmon, oranges or malta, grapes, and apple (or you can use as you like). Or you can mixed all the fruits all together. Pour the sauce over the fruit. Garnish with mint then cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
