Ingredients

  1. For paratha dough.
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tspoil or ghee
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. For paratha stuffing.
  6. 1/3 cupgrated boiled potato
  7. 1/3 cupgrated paneer
  8. 1/3 cupgrated cheese
  9. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  10. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  11. 1/2 tspfinely chopped chilli or chilli flakes
  12. 1 tspchaat masala
  13. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  14. 1 tsporegano
  15. 1/2 tspsalt
  16. For pizza toppings.
  17. 5-6 tbsppizza sauce
  18. 1/2onion sliced
  19. 1/2green capsicum slices
  20. 1/2red capsicum sliced
  21. 1/2 cuppaneer cubes
  22. 1 tbsporegano
  23. 4-5basil leaves
  24. 1/2 cupamul diced cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, prepared the dough for paratha..
    Take flour, salt and 1tsp ghee in a big bowl.
    Add in water gradually and knead it. Make a soft dough.
    Further add 1tsp ghee and knead it again, this way the dough will be moist.
    Keep the prepared dough aside for 15-20 minutes.

    Now prepared the feeling...
    Mix all the ingredients together, adjust salt and this is ready.

    Further, divide the dough into four equal portions. Take two portions and roll them like chapati. Now spread water at the edges of one chapati.

    Now spread prepared feeling evenly over it. Make sure do not spread feeling at edges.
    Cover it with second chapati and sell the edges well.

    Heat a pan and spread 1tsp ghee or oil. Keep the flame on low. Place paratha in the pan and cook. Once it is cooked from one side, carefully flip it and remove the pan from heat.

    Spread Pizza Sauce on the cooked side, add sliced vegetables, paneer or any topping of your choice. Now spread diced cheese or pizza cheese, some oregano, chilli flakes and basil leaves.

    Spread 1tsp ghee from the sides, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    Take it out from pan.
    Healthy Pizza Paratha is ready.

    Cut pizza into pieces and serve hot. Enjoy
