Mint Thandai Masala Rabdi With Coconut Thandai Masala Angoori

Ingredients

  1. For Mint Thandai Masala Rabdi
  2. 1.5 litreFull Fat Milk
  3. 200 ml.Condensed Milk
  4. 2 tbsp.Mint leaves
  5. 2 tbsp.Thandai powder
  6. For Coconut Thandai Masala Angoori :-
  7. 200 ml.Condensed milk
  8. 1Cup. Desicated Coconut
  9. 1 tbsp.Thandai Powder
  10. as neededOrange yellow green blue colour
  11. Cashewnuts for garnishing
  12. For Thandai Masala:-
  13. 1/4 Cupmelon seeds
  14. 2 tbsp.Cashewnuts
  15. 2tbsp.Pistachio
  16. 1 tbsp.Dry rose petals
  17. 7-8Almonds
  18. 2 tbsp.Fennelseeds
  19. 1 tbsp.Poppy Seeds
  20. 10-12Saffron Strings
  21. 1 tsp.White pepper
  22. 7-8 pc.Cardamom
  23. 1/8 tsp.Nutmeg
  24. as required Saffron strings fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Boil Milk in a pan.Till remains 1lit. Add Condensed Milk. Stir Continueosly.
    Now add Thandai Powder. And Stir till milk looks thick consistancy.Add Pinch green food colour.
    Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Transfee in a bowl.
    Murdle mint leaves and add in a milk. Mix it properly. And keep in a fridge for 6-7hrs.

    Mix Condensed milk and desicated coconut in a pan. Mix it well. Add thandai masala cook on a slow flame. Turn off flame.
    Divide in a 4parts. And add 2-3drops of orange colour in one part.
    2-3drops of Yellow colour in sec. Part.
    2-3drops of Green colour in 3rd part.
    2-3drops of Blue colour in 4th part.
    Mix it properly. And prepare a small balls all 4colours.

    Arrange balls in a Mint Thandai Masala Rabdi garnish with saffron strings rose petals and cashewnuts

    Tasty Delicious Mint Thandai Masala Rabdi With Coconut Thandai Masala Angoori is ready to Serve. Serve Chilled.

    For Thandai Masala:-
    Roast All ingredients of Thandai Masala except Saffron and Dry rose petals. 3-4min.
    Turn off flame and add saffron and dry rose petals. Mix it.
    Allow it to cool. And churn
    Thandai masala powder is ready.
