Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 1 cupSabudana / Sago seeds
  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. as per requirementOil
  4. 2finely chopped Green chillies
  5. 1 tbspRoasted Peanut powder
  6. as per requirementSalt to taste
  7. 1 pinchSugar
  8. 1 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the sabudana 3-4 times well with running water.Drain the water.soak overnight.
    Heat ghee in a pan.

    Add green chillies, soaked sabudana, salt and milk. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover and Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add roasted Peanut powder and sugar.mix well

  5. 5

    Cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove the lid and mix well.

  6. 6

    Sabudana khichadi is already.
