Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1/3 cupfinely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves/ methi bhaji
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped green corainder leaves
  4. 2 tbspspicy green garlic chilli ginger paste
  5. 1/4 tsptumeric powder
  6. 1 pinchasafoetida hing
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper coarse powder
  8. 1/2 tbspcoarsely ground corainder seeds
  9. Salt to taste as required
  10. 1 pinchbaking soda
  11. Few drops of lemon juice
  12. Oil for frying as required
  13. Green corainder chutney as required to serve

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add besan, chopped fenugreek leaves, green garlic chilli ginger paste, tumeric powder, coarse black pepper powder and corainder seeds, salt.

    Add little little water to prepare pskora batter. Beat in one direction for 2 minutes..to smooth batter.

    Heat oil for frying. In pakora batter add soda bi carb, on it squeeze lemon juice. Beat the batter.

    Drop little little prepared batter in hot oil. Deep fry pakoras few at a time on medium flame till crispy golden.

    Serve Relish Delicious Hot Green Garlic Methi Pakora with green corainder chutney.
