  1. 100 grampaneer
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 2bay leaves
  4. 1 tspada paste
  5. 1cardamon
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 1 tsppeper powder
  8. 1 tspchilli flakes
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 1 tspflour
  12. 1 cupmilk

    Cut the paneer into small pieces.

    Then put milk in the pan.When the milk boils,add the powder of hot spices and bay leaves.Then add the chilli flakes and salt.Then add the spices of paneer.Then mix the flour.

    Then add ghee to the pan.When the ghee is hot fry it with ada paste.Then add the ada paste fried in ghee to paneer mixture. White gravy paneer mouli is ready.
