材料

40 Dumplings
  1. Minced Pork 200g
  2. Chinese Cabbage (Roughly 5mm sq) 1/2 head
  3. Chinese Chive ( Minced ) 1/3 bunch
  4. Garlic ( Minced ) 2 cloves
  5. Ginger ( Minced ) 2 tsp
  6. Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  7. Chinese Soup stock ( powder or paste ) 1 tsp
  8. Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp
  9. Cooking Sake 1.5 tbsp
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp
  11. Sesame Oil 1.5 tbsp
  12. pepper to taste
  13. Gyoza Wrappers 40
  14. Water 2 tbsp
  15. Potato Starch ( if not available, rice starch ) 1 tsp
  16. Salad Oil ( for cooking ) 1 tbsp
  17. < Dipping Sauce >
  18. Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  19. Rice Vinegar 1 tsp
  20. Chill Oil 1/8 tsp

作り方

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Hand Mix all the ingredients until sticky.

  3. 3

    Place 1 tbsp of mixture in the centre of a wrapper.

  4. 4

    Apply small amount of water along the edge of the wrapper.

  5. 5

    Apply cooking oil in a fying pan.

  6. 6

    Place Gyoza in a fying pan before the pan gets hot.

  7. 7

    Add starch and water mixtutre over gyoza.

  8. 8

    Grill medium heat until water evaporates

  9. 9

    Mix dipping sauce ingredients.

  10. 10

    To freeze, place on a cutting board with a parchment paper

    Wait till frozen

  12. 12

    Place them into a ziplock
