This is punjab's famous roti and also easy to make in breakfasts.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add 1 small bowl of flour. Add 2 tbsp besan.
Mix well to make Missi Roti. - 2
Now mix the ingredients- chopped onion, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, aamchur, ajwain, jeera, Coriander powder, kasuri methi.

Add the mixed ingredients into Missi Roti flour.

Sieve with water as per use.
Add ghee and sieve again for good consistency of dough while making Missi Roti. - 5
Once the Missi Roti dough is ready, start making balls and roll it into square shape or any other way you like.

While rolling add ghee in four sides of Missi Roti as shown in video.
This will make Missi Roti soft and easy to break. - 7
After adding ghee, now fold from 4 sides of Roti and roll it again.

Put on heat tawa and roast in ghee from both sides.

Once cooked, serve with curd, pickle and sliced spring leaves.
Place 1 small cube of butter on hot and crispy Missi Roti.
