Ingredients

  1. For dosa batter
  2. 1/2 cupparboiled rice
  3. 1/2 cuprice
  4. 1/2 cupurad dal
  5. To make paniyaram
  6. 2 cupdosa batter
  7. 1big onion
  8. 1big carrot
  9. 1capsicum
  10. 3green chillies
  11. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  12. Salt as per taste

    To make batter. Wash and Soak rice, parboiled rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hrs.

    Grind the parboiled rice, rice and urad dal separately till smooth paste. Mix together

    Cover and keep batter for 7-8 hrs.

    In one big bowl Take 2 cup of dosa batter add chopped onion, chopped capsicum grated carrot, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and salt mix lightly.

    Heat paniyaram pan fill each hole with 1 tsp of batter and cook on slow flame till golden brown in colour both sides.

    Remove from fire and servepaniyaram hot with chutney
