Healthy ragi vegetable appe is the best option for breakfast and tiffin box, it's easy and simple, and nutritious.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
To a bowl add ragi flour, rice flour,sooji,salt,jeera, green chilli ginger paste.
- 2
Add curd and water and make a smooth batter.
- 3
Add chopped vegetables mix it then add ENO and mix everything well.
- 4
Heat the appe pan and apply oil pour a spoon full of batter cover with a lid and cook till done.
- 5
Healthy ragi vegetable appe ready to serve with chutney.
