Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 1/2 cupsooji
  3. 1/4 cuprice flour
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tspjeera
  6. 1/2cup. Curd
  7. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  8. 1 tspginger paste
  9. 1/4 cupcarrot grated
  10. 1onion chopped
  11. 1capsicum chopped
  12. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  13. 1 tspeno
  14. as neededOil
  15. Chutney for serving

Cooking Instructions

    To a bowl add ragi flour, rice flour,sooji,salt,jeera, green chilli ginger paste.

    Add curd and water and make a smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Add chopped vegetables mix it then add ENO and mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Heat the appe pan and apply oil pour a spoon full of batter cover with a lid and cook till done.

    Healthy ragi vegetable appe ready to serve with chutney.
