Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana/ sago/ (soaked)
  2. 1 tspoil
  3. 2chopped ratalu (cubes)
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tspgarted ginger
  6. 1finely chopped green chilli
  7. 1lemon juice
  8. 2 tsproasted peanuts
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  10. 1 tsp or to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a non -stick pan. add cumin seeds, wait them to pop. add green chilli, ginger. let them cook for 30 seconds.

    The add cups ratalu and salt, mix well. cover the pan and cook till ratalu and cooked.

    Once ratalu are cooked, add roasted peanuts and soaked sabudana, mix gently and cook for 5-7 minutes till sabudana pearls are soft and transparent.

    Make sure to stir, so it doent stick to the bottom of the pan. add some lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well. turn off the flame. and serve.
