Ingredients

  1. 5 handfulBitterleaf (wash squeezed several times and boil)
  2. Ogiri (1 wrap)
  3. Salt
  4. Seasoning
  5. Dry grinded pepper
  6. Grinded crayfish
  7. Stockfish
  8. Palm oil
  9. Goatmeat
  10. Cocoyam (boiled and pounded)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the meat and stockfish until tender

    Add palm oil and let it continue to boil

    Add crayfish, pepper and taste for seasoning. And add the ogiri

    Add the cocoyam paste and let it boil

  5. 5

    Add the boiled bitter leaves and stir

  6. 6

    Boil for 10minutes
