Ingredients

  • 5 handfulBitterleaf (wash squeezed several times and boil)
  • Ogiri (1 wrap)
  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • Dry grinded pepper
  • Grinded crayfish
  • Stockfish
  • Palm oil
  • Goatmeat
  • Cocoyam (boiled and pounded)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat and stockfish until tender

  2. 2

    Add palm oil and let it continue to boil

  3. 3

    Add crayfish, pepper and taste for seasoning. And add the ogiri

  4. 4

    Add the cocoyam paste and let it boil

  5. 5

    Add the boiled bitter leaves and stir

  6. 6

    Boil for 10minutes
