Ingredients

  1. For vada.:- 3-4 bolied and mashed potatoes
  2. For Taska:- 1tbsp oil
  3. 1 tbsprai jeera
  4. 3-4 tbspgarlic finely chopper or crushed
  5. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  6. 6-7curry leaves
  7. 1/2 cupcoriander
  8. 1 tsphaldi powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil to fry
  11. For Besan batter:- 1cup of besan
  12. 1 pinchsalt
  13. 1 pinchred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    For tadka method:- Take a small kadhai add oil rai jeera curry leaver green chilli paste coriander urad dal garlic crushed haldi powder let it sprinkle for 1-2mins..then add to boiled and mashed potatoes..add salt to taste..then mix properly

    Then make small balls and flatten a little...

    For besan batter method:- mix all three ingredients until there is no lumps..then add one by one aloo vada in batter then fry in oil..until it turns to golden brown..

    Ur vada is ready for vada pav...serve with pav and chutney....
