Ingredients

  1. 1.1/2 cupgrated bottlegourd
  2. 2 tbspSugar
  3. 3/4 litremilk
  4. 2-3 dropsfood grade green colour
  5. Few Dry fruits for garnishing
  6. 1 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    First peel and grate bottlegourd.

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast it for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Boil milk and transfer grated bottlegourd in the milk.

  4. 4

    Cook it nicely till whole milk dries up and bottlegourd is cooked.

  5. 5

    Add sugar and cook for some time.

  6. 6

    Garnish with dry fruits.
