  1. 250 gFlour
  2. 10 gmargarine
  3. 176 gpastry margarine/Kimbo
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 200 gminced meat
  6. 1 pcOnion
  7. Soy sauce
  8. 1 tbscorn starch
  9. 1 pcGarlic
  10. 3 Tbscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Make a smooth dough of all the ingredients except the pastry margarine.

    Pin out the dough 25cm *55cm

  3. 3

    Cover 2/3 of the surface with small pieces of soft pastry margarine

  4. 4

    Fold it into 3 pieces, turn it 90° and start rolling and folding

  5. 5

    Do not pin out the pastry too thin 25cm *55cm, dust it,fold it and rest it for 10-20min in the refrigerator before the next turn.

    Turn the pastry 90° before starting the next turn

    This method needs about 5turns in 4parts.

    Boil the minced meat in water together until cooked.

    In a pan add cooking and fry the onions. Add the other spices and the boiled minced meat.

    Add corn starch paste and let it thicken

    The sauce should be stiff after cooking

    Cut the pastry to the desired size or shape and fill in the cooked minced meat and use water to brush the edges and press together to close.

    Use a fork to decorate the edges.

    Always egg wash your pies. Egg wash them and let them rest for 15 minutes

    Egg wash again and place them in the oven.

    Baking time 20-25mins

    Baking temperature 200°c

    Let them cool and serve.
