How to Bake Spring Rolls (Nem) in the Oven in 10 Minutes
Making spring rolls (nem) is very common, and I’ve already shared how to fry them using an air fryer, so I won’t repeat that here. The advantage of baking spring rolls is that they use very little oil, but the downside is they aren’t as crispy.

Baked Hazelnut Cannoli with Coffee Cream
No butter and no eggs!.I’ve been enjoying putting a new spin on the classics! Sicilian cannoli are one of the few desserts I loved right away after trying them in Sicily. My version? Lighter, baked, egg-free and butter-free, with a crisp, delicate hazelnut shell filled with a sweet (but not too sweet) and delicious coffee cream. So fresh.(Too bad my piping bag gave out on me halfway through...).Trust me, they’re amazing! Perfect for breakfast, a snack, dessert, or anytime😍Will you give them a try?

Frozen Golden Soup Dumplings – Steam Oven Recipe
This time, I used Golden Soup Dumplings from a group buy and cooked them with the Panasonic steam oven NN-BS1000 using the steam function. You can steam the frozen dumplings directly without thawing—super convenient and quick! The soup inside stays perfectly sealed, so nothing goes to waste. If you have a steam oven, you have to give this a try! For more, check out the Fangrong Yogurt DIY Yogurt Blog at http://www.blog-yogurt.com/category/heart

Pantry roast chicken

In this case, a pack of chicken drumsticks combined with whatever ingredients I had on hand. The result was a deliciously rustic roast dinner that was both baby and wife approved.

Chicken Balsamic Slow Cooker Recipe
I finally got the opportunity to purchase a Slow Cooker. They were on sale 1/2 price so I was able to afford one, and try it out for the first time when I returned with a wonderful recipe a fellow blogger posted a while back. I remembered how handy it was back in the days when my mom used it, she would prepare all the ingredients toss them into the cooker and off she went to work. So, I thought why not try out a cooker with another delicious recipe, which a friend told me about…if you love Chicken and Balsamic vinegar then you will absolutely adore this recipe. It turned out delicious. 🙂

Easy Tender "Roast" Pork
I wanted to make an easy roast pork without using the oven....The reason the pork is added to the hot water 5 minutes after the heat is turned off in Step 9 is that we want to cook it in 80°C hot water. The 5 minute figure may differ depending on the pot you're using and the ambient temperature, so please adjust accordingly. Just as a reference, in a 25°C room it took 10 minutes for the water to cool down to 80°C. When cooking the pork, you just want to maintain the water temperature, so be sure to only use low heat! Stewed Onion with Balsamic Vinegar
I used to buy stewed onion from a store, but I started making it myself a few years ago. It tastes great with less olive oil as well, so I make it often. It's convenient if you estimate the amount that can fit in the jar that you are using by placing the onions in before cooking.Take it out from the refrigerator to warm slightly before serving. Pot roast with balsamic and mustard
This is a spin on a classic family dinner. The wine that's in a lot of pot roast recipes has been swapped for a really good, well-aged balsamic, and partnered with a hit of grainy mustard for zing. The end result is a tender roast with a rich and flavourful gravy, without the alcohol (if that's a concern for you).
