Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupUrad dal soaked for 6-8 hrs
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2Green chillies
  4. 1 bowlCoconut chopped in small pieces
  5. 2curry leaves
  6. As neededBlack peppercorns
  7. 1 inchginger
  8. as neededChutney coconut chopped tamarind salt ginger garlic
  9. For tempering of chutney
  10. as needed oil
  11. pinchasafotieda
  12. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  13. as neededcurry leaves
  14. to tastered chilli

Cooking Instructions

    In a grinder add all ing.and grind with very little water till it gets semi thick consistency.

    Now take it out in a bowl add coriander leaves finely chopped and mix well.

    In a pan heat oil and dein wet ur both hands and take a mixture on palm make a round again dip a finger in water and make hole in middle and slightly drop vada in pan and fry till it becomes crispy and golden brown.

    For Chutney-Grind all the above ing. and lastly give a tempering on it.
