Place water on a sauce pan add margarine and bring it over source of Heat 🔥 to boil

After boiling, add in Maize flour small quantity at a time as you incorporate flour with water to form a mixture, it should not be hard in texture

After 15minutes remove your ugali and preserve it on a clean plate

For the sukuma... Cut the onions and tomatoes. On a sauce pan put onion, add cooking oil and bring it over heat, let it cook until golden brown

Add the tomatoes let them cook until well mashed, add the kales and cook at least for few minutes, it should not overcook.

For the eggs, bit the eggs on a bowl add salt, then pour it on a hot pan, shallow fry until Golden brown.

Serve it for dinner
