Budweiser Roast Chicken and Rustic Veg

I have seen this chicken cooked this way using Coca cola, larger, Bitter ale. So i am trying it with Can budweiser. And the veg is just washed not peeled given it a rustic taste. It really is so tasty also the juices add a little cornflour to thicken and it makes a gorgeous sauce to go with it. 😀 #Dinner #Roast chicken
