Budweiser Roast Chicken and Rustic Veg

I have seen this chicken cooked this way using Coca cola, larger, Bitter ale. So i am trying it with Can budweiser. And the veg is just washed not peeled given it a rustic taste. It really is so tasty also the juices add a little cornflour to thicken and it makes a gorgeous sauce to go with it. 😀 #Dinner #Roast chicken

Budweiser Roast Chicken and Rustic Veg

Ingredients

1+1/2 Hours
4 servings
  1. 1medium sized Chicken whole and washed
  2. 1 canbudweiser drinking or pouring out a 1/4
  3. 3large carrots cut into lengths
  4. 6stems of Black kale
  5. 4 tblsolive oil
  6. 1 tspSalt,pepper,smoked paprika,dried miixed herbs & lemon salt

Cooking Instructions

1+1/2 Hours

    Add the can to a deep ovenproof dish.All the veg around the can and chicken sprayed with some olive oil and veg.

    Add all the spices and herbs in a bowl mix and rub in the chicken.

    All ready for the oven.

    Add to a preheated oven on low 150 for 1 hour. Take it out and test if the veg is getting softer then add it back to the oven on 180 for 30 minutes.

    Chicken is really juicy and the kale is crisp

    Potatoes and Carrots are really tender and soft. Take the potatoes out of the juice and strain into a pan add a little cornflour to thicken and there you have a gravy.
