Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuppaneer(from curdled milk)
  2. 1/2coconut grated
  3. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  4. As per taste sugar
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1-2cardamom pods
  7. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  8. As required almonds and raisins
  9. Pinchorange food colour(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble everything together.

    Heat ghee in a pan,crackle cardamom seeds then add grated coconut and stir well until nice aroma is released.

    Now add paneer and mix well then add milk and keep stirring to avoid burning.

  4. 4

    Once the moisture gets evaporated add sugar then add food colour and mix,add milk powder and keep stirring continuously.

    Keep stirring until the mixture leaves the pan.

  6. 6

    Now transfer the mixture onto a plate and allow it to cool.

  7. 7

    Cut according to desired shape and garnish with almonds and raisins.
