Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 Cupsoya bean
  2. 1 tbspGram flour
  3. 2 tbspcorn flour
  4. 1Small size onion finely chopped
  5. 1 Bunchcoriander leaves finely chopped
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. as neededOil (for fry)
  12. as neededIce cream stick

Cooking Instructions

    Add water in soya bean and soke for one hour

  2. 2

    Drain water and add soya bean in grinder and grind well

  3. 3

    Now add grinded soya bean in a bowl and add all ingredients in a soya bean bowl not include oil

  4. 4

    Now prepared small ball and add stick in a ball and prepare all soya chaap

  5. 5

    And now heat oil for frying soya chaap

  6. 6

    Now add soya chaap in oil for frying fry soya chaap for 2-3 minutes or soya chaap crispy and golden
