Ingredients

5-6servings
  1. 500 gramshung curd
  2. 1 cuproasted besan(garmflour)
  3. 1 cupoats powder(grind the oats)
  4. 1 cupbread crumbs
  5. 50 gramspaneer (crumble or grated)
  6. as requiredOil for frying
  7. 1grated onion (squeeze the water)
  8. 2green chillies (chopped)
  9. someSome coriander leaves (chopped)
  10. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  12. 1 teaspoonpowdered sugar
  13. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Take hung curd in a bowl.

    Roast besan and oats powder.

  3. 3

    Add green chillies, paneer and grated onion.

  4. 4

    Mix all the above ingredients in hung curd and also mix the dry masalas.

  5. 5

    Grease the palm and fingers with oil and make kababs or tikkies with the help of palm.

    Role it in bread crumbs very gentley.

  7. 7

    Makes all the kababs with similar process.

    Heat the oil on low medium flame and deep fry all the kababs very gentley for 2-3 minutes only till the colour is light brown.

    Dahi kababs are ready. Serve with tomato sauce as starter or snacks.
