Ingredients

  1. 3green capsicum cut in to medium size
  2. 5small onion petals
  3. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 350 gramfresh paneer cut in to cube size
  6. 7green chillies cut in to slit
  7. 1/4 cupgarlic finely chopped
  8. As neededcooking oil for deep frying
  9. 1small bowl corn flour
  10. 1 tsphoney for glaze
  11. sliceSome ginger thinly
  12. For gravy
  13. 2 tbspcornflour
  14. 1 tbspdark soya sauce
  15. 2 tspchilli sauce
  16. 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  17. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  18. To tastesalt
  19. As neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Frist take a bowl add 2tbsp corn flour, and all given sauce and 1cup water mix it properly and keep it aside.

    In a mixing bowl add cornflour, black pepper, some salt mix it properly then add paneer cubes and dry lightly coated properly

    And add them in to hot oil, fry until the paneer pices get golden brown and crispy from the both sides.

    Drain them on a kitchen tissue, keep it aside.

    Heat the wok with cooking oil add garlic,ginger saute it for 1 minutes on medium heat.

    Add given all veggies cook for 2 min,veggies should remain crunchy and you should cook on high flame.

    Now add prepared mixture,fried paneer and some little water some salt mix it properly on medium heat, when gravy start becomes thick and slightly add honey mix it properly on medium heat.

    Now take off the flame and serve with nan or chapati.
