Soak suji in milk for about 2 hours

Heat ghee in a karai and fry the dry fruits and sprinkle little sugar on them and keep them for garnishing

Then add sugar in the ghee and cook untill it dissolves completely..make sure it does not burn. The colour should be golden brown.

Now add the suji milk mixture into it carefully and stir it. cook until the halwa leaves ghee from the edges with continues stirring
- 5
.garnish with dry fruits and serve warm.
