Ingredients

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins

  1. For Grilled Paneer
  2. 200 gmspaneer
  3. Springscoriander leaves
  4. 1/2 cupthick yoghurt
  5. 1 tspmustard oil
  6. 1 Tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 Tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tsp amchur(dry mango) powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  13. as neededOlive oil to grill
  14. For bread
  15. 2 brown bread slices cream cut into pieces of 1”
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  18. as neededOlive oil
  19. For Salad
  20. Bunchlettuce
  21. 1/4 cupmint leaves
  22. 3/4 cupyoghurt
  23. as neededOlive oil
  24. 3 tspLime juice
  25. 1 tspLime zest
  26. 1 Tbsphoney
  27. 1 Tbspvinegar
  28. 1onion sliced fine
  29. 1cucumber sliced fine
  30. 1red capsicum chopped into squares

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins

    For Paneer - in a bowl add mustard oil and red chilli powder, mix to make a red colour. Add yogurt and chopped coriander leaves and mix well

    Add anchor powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and black pepper powder and make a mix.

    Add the cut paneer of 1” squares and smear well. Set aside for 15-20 mins

    In a grill pan heat olive oil and on medium heat grill the paneer for 5-10 mins on each side until well done. Set aside

    Make a purée of yogurt and mint and set aside

    In a pan heat olive oil and add bread pieces. Roast and add salt and black pepper powder. Roast until crispy and brown in colour. Set aside to plate

    For salad - wash your hands well and roughly chop the lettuce. In a bowl add the mint purée, chopped lettuce, sliced onions and cucumber, chopped red capsicum, vinegar, honey, olive oil and mix well.

    To plate in a bowl add the lettuce salad, add the roasted bread pieces, add the grilled paneer and enjoy
