Mumbai style tawa pulao

Ingredients

20-25 minutes
5-7 serve
  1. 1boiled potato
  2. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  3. 1/2 cupsherded cabbage
  4. 1finely chopped onions
  5. 1/2 cupfinely chop capiscum
  6. 1 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1/2finely chopped cauliflower
  8. 2finely chopped tomatoes
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tsppav bhaji masala
  11. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 2 cupboiled rice
  14. as neededspring onions green part
  15. 1 tspCumin seeds
  16. 2 tspoil
  17. 2 tspbutter
  18. For chilli paste
  19. 8-10seedless whole red chilli
  20. 10-12 garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    For chilli paste,First boil the water then add whole red chilli after half hours take a mixer jar add red chilli garlic and lil bit of water and grind well

    Now take a twa or pan add oil and 1 tsp butter now put Cummin seeds then add ginger onion carrots capiscum cauliflowerand soute well

    Now add tomato chilli paste salt garam masala pav baji masala Kashmiri red chilli powder and cook until tometoes become soft now add boil peas potato and cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes and put 1 tsp Butter

    After that add rice coriander and spring onions green parts and mix well and garnish with some brown onions and coriander leaves and serve hot

    Tip: you can use your favourite veggies
