  1. 1 cuptoor dal
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 2brinjals
  5. 250 gmlauki
  6. 1potato
  7. As Per TasteSalt
  8. 2 tspred Chilli powder
  9. 1 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1/2 cupimli water
  11. 6/7 tspoil
  12. 1 tspmustard seeds
  13. 1 tspjeera
  14. As Required Coriander leaves
  15. 2 tspsambhar powder
  16. As Required Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    For sambar cut and wash the veggies and soak the tur dal for 20 minutes. Boil tur dal with turmeric powder and salt.

    Take Kadai put oil, Rai Curry patta, and chopped onion.

    Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato, and imli water.

    Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder Salt Let it boil.

  5. 5

    Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
