Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 1/2 cup custard powder
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 4 tbspKaju pieces
  5. 1 tspghee
  6. 1 spoonsaffron milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sugar,custard powder,water properly till sugar dissolves completely..

    Heat a nonstick pan.add ghee..And roast kaju pieces for one min

  3. 3

    Now turn the custard sugar mixture in pan and stir it continuously till it leaves the pan...

  4. 4

    Now add saffron milk and stir continuously till ghee releases..It takes 10 min for complete process...Now set in moulds..Leave it for 30 min to set at room temperature..

    Top it with kaju and serve
