Ingredients

  1. 1 cup- Beetroot
  2. 1 cup- Bottle Gourd
  3. 1/2 cup- Tomato
  4. 1/2 cup- Potato
  5. 1/2 cup- Apple
  6. 1/2 tsp- Ginger
  7. 1/2 tsp- Jaggery
  8. 1/2 tsp- Black Pepper Powder
  9. 1/2 tsp- Butter
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tsp- fresh Cream

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker take all vegetables and jaggery with 2cup of water.

    Cook till all vegetables become soft.

  3. 3

    Remove from pan and blend them in blender. Strain it.

  4. 4

    Now heat a pan add butter, add blended vegetables.

  5. 5

    Now add black pepper vegetable stock half cup and salt. Cook for while.

  6. 6

    Now garnish with cream and served it.
