材料

3-4 servings
  1. ground chicken 1 lb
  2. green bell pepper (cut into sticks) 1/2 medium
  3. red bell pepper (cut into sticks) 1/2 medium
  4. shallot (sliced) 1 large
  5. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  6. crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste
  7. holy basil or Thai basil 1 cup (loosely packed)
  8. canola oil 2 tablespoons
  9. for the sauce:
  10. fish sauce 1 tablespoon
  11. oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
  12. Chinese dark soy sauce 4-5 teaspoons
  13. Chinese light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  14. sake 1 tablespoon
  15. light brown sugar 2 teaspoons

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  4. 4

    Add garlic and chili and cook until fragrant.

  5. 5

    Add meat and break it down. Cook until meat gets browned.

  6. 6

    Add peppers/ shallots and cook until almost heated through.

    Add sauce and cook until sauce glazes onto the meat.

    Remove from the heat, then add basil and stir until wilted.

    Serve with rice :-)

    NOTE: My kids can handle this amount of kick from the→

    pepper, but feel free to add more or use Thai chili!

コツ・ポイント

Stir constantly when cooking meat, and make sure to cook off the liquid that comes from the meat to not dilute the sauce
