Ingredients

1hr(Including making dough)
for one 8-inch pizza
  1. 【Pizza Base】
  2. 1pizza crust #Shrimp Mayo Pizza (+ Pizza Dough)
  3. 1 tspolive oil
  4. 1little grated garlic
  5. 【Toppings】
  6. 1/2canned mackerel (water- or miso-packed), about 80g
  7. 1 1/2kiwi (thinly sliced and cooked into a chutney-style sauce)
  8. 1/4onion, thinly sliced
  9. a fewblack olive thinly sliced
  10. 30-40 gshredded mozzarella or pizza cheese
  11. 【Finishing Touches】
  12. Freshly ground black pepper
  13. Shiso or mint leaves (optional)
  14. Kiwi sauce/chutney (No heat)
  15. 🔸Quick Kiwi Chutney
  16. 1kiwi (chopped)・1/2 kiwi (sliced for Finishing)
  17. 1 tspolive oil
  18. 1 tspwhite wine vinegar
  19. 1/2 tsphoney
  20. Pinchsalt
  21. Simmer quickly in a small saucepan until thickened. Cool to taste. For the finishing touch, simply dress with seasonings as you will be using fresh kiwi chutney

Cooking Instructions

1hr(Including making dough)

    Drain the canned mackerel and flake it. Slice kiwi (For finishing and seasoning)and onion thinly.

    Brush the pizza base with olive oil and garlic.

  3. 3

    Make kiwi chutney and let cool.

  4. 4

    Layer the onion, mackerel, kiwi, black olive and cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) for 7–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Finish with black pepper, herbs and fresh kiwi chutney if desired.
